Can anyone explain what the 17% could mean? (My results)

Hi, just got my results back from 23andMe, and got 83% Japanese and 17% Filipino. My mother is full Japanese, and my dad is 50% Japanese/Filipino, so I’m wondering why my Filipino percentage is less than 25%. Could this mean anything? Just curious!
