Creating super smooth prints

Hello! I have been trying to replicate something like this for the last few weeks to get super smooth surfaces for fondant stamps however I'm having no luck. Even with ironing and lowering layer heights, I always seems to get some kind of texture on my stamps which is really annoying.

I've been using PLA+ and a 0.4 nozzle, I do get slightly better results on 0.2 but takes way too long and still not perfect.

Does anyone have any ideas on what I might be able to do to get a professional smooth finish like the image attached?
