95b, then replacement, now P2E46
Well, today I picked up my '21 Rubicon 4xe after being at the dealer since Jan 6 for a BPCM failure, resulting in needing a new battery. I got it home, then shortly thereafter went for a drive and it showed a check engine light. Stopped by an auto-parts store and it's code P2E46, which has to do with the high voltage battery coolant. A little search online, and apparently after replacements, techs often top off the coolant. But it's a closed loop system, and the High Voltage battery starts out with nothing in it. So it quickly depletes everything in the tank and throws the alert. The techs are supposed to purge the air from the line while filling the coolant system somehow. Obviously mine didn't, and others on the net have reported the same. Yet another thing to check for. I'll be taking it back tomorrow whether my dealer wants it or not.
