Who is this celebrity from a 70s-80s British teen mag
My friend found this image of a guy from Oh Boy! Magazine, which seems to be a British teen magazine that lasted from 1976-1985. There is no information about him aside from his name being Steve, and I am assuming he is a celebrity since it looks like the magazine mostly had celebrities on it. Any help would be appreciated, I would just like to find out who this is for my friend. Image attached below:
Edit/update: I found the issue he's in, it's November 5, 1977. I'll probably crosspost this to the 70s subreddit or take it to AskUk as well if I can't find any answers here.
