Miilkbone's legacy
Honestly speaking, he seems competent on the mic. But is he one of the all time underrated greats? I'm not so sure. And his later stuff was pretty awful. What does everybody think? This album does have some nice 90s east coast production with Nick Wiz, Mufi, and Kay Gee on the beats.
One thing I do feel maybe a bit bad is how "Keep it Real", his most famous single, got completely 'hijacked' by two greats and to this day, everyone automatically thinks it's a Big L song. Mufi (known for Queen Latifah's "UNITY") deserves some props for creating this beat too which is an all-timer. The Nick Wiz remix is also hot. T
