it’s all too overwhelming
I don’t know how people manage to live life. It genuinely baffles me.
How do you balance everything? Working full time, sleep, social life, exercise, chores, self care, responsibilities???? How??
I am on the verge of a breakdown because I’m already stressed and things just keep piling up. It’s never ending. Something as simple as texting someone back shouldn’t overwhelm me but it does because that means they’ll just text me again and then that’s ANOTHER thing I have to worry about on top of everything else.
I hate living with inattentive ADHD. I can’t do this. I can not function properly and I don’t know what I’m going to do anymore.
