What kind of acne do I have? Can you please share any advice?

Female

Cycle is regulated with an IUD (Mirena)

I rarely wear makeup

I’ve been dealing with various intensities of this kind of acne for over 10 years now - I tried taking antibiotics for it and using clindamycin and retinol (all at different times) and it all either made it worse or didn’t work at all
