Very Misleading
So I recently started applying to a bunch of Dsps in my area looking for work and one hit me back I had a phone interview they asked me a couple of questions then told me to make an email and made me download Amazon flex to fill out documents. After that sent me the letter you see in slide 2, also called me back to setup background check made sure me ID got uploaded as well then after everything was cleared sent me the message in slide 3, at this point im thinking okay im really hired I got orientation and all, nope. I went there and it wasn’t what I thought it was gonna be, a amazon employee took me and another guy to a table where there were two other amazon employees and I guess where they conduct the “meet and greet” they just got finish talking to an older dude and I heard them say something like “yeah i feel bad because he was nice”, i guess he didn’t get hired. So they hand me and the other guy a paper basically just asking for contact info and our availability, it’s feeling more like an interview now. The amazon employee then starts telling us about the job, how many packages we would be delivering, how many stops, the camera in the vans etc. The amazon employee then ends it off with “if we decided to move forward with you guys” (which i didnt pay much attention to until i thought about it afterwards) and “is there any questions you have for me” I ask two questions about the job she answered and the other guy didn’t have any questions at all. She told us we would receive a link by tomorrow and that was it, I thanked the amazon employee and left the Dsp. I then wake up today take my gf to work omw back home I received the message in the last slide and now i am confused. Has anyone else went through this before and is there anything I should do or can do? I thought I got the job
