I need help getting out of pick

I transferred out of pick because I always had issues making rate even though I tried. I transferred into pack but yet I’m sent to pick every single day and I just got my 2nd productivity write up since last week. I’m pissed I’m annoyed. You pull an andon and boom your rates fucked and stays low it’s hard to get it back up and then you have a write up. What can I do to STAY OUT OF PICK FOR GOOD?!? IVE NEVER HAD A WRITE UP IN ANY OTHER DEPARTMENT.
