What is the best way to contact support regarding standing , I tired sending email but they dont seems to care or do anything abt the issue ,I had 4 packages that was all business which was already closed , my block time was 7pm to 10:30pm so the Amazon associate at the station took it out from my itinerary and I delivered the rest , no I see 4 packages not delivered to the customer on my standing which also dropped to great from fantastic, I send two emails and explained everything but they don’t want to changed their decision, I don’t get it .
