Is there a way to report or give feedback on a support agent? They're getting too damn bold. Yesterday I had to call to move the gps and it was a super simple fix that they managed to completely fuck up. As soon as they realized they had, they went quiet and just breathed into the phone for a while, then straight up just hung up.

Sick to fucking death of being required to call these people.
