Employee refused to scan I.D and sent me home.

Arrived at 3:48 for my 3:45 shift. Which the app says we have a 5 minute grace period, but an associate at my station said I was late and that he couldn't help me out. I know this is a lie because the same guy has scanned me in when I was actually late before. They clearly overbooked people because I heard someone on the walkie talkie saying they had no more routes. Luckily I have a dash cam to confirm I was in fact there by the acceptable time that I will be emailing support and requesting an explanation. Shits a joke sometimes.

Edit: Not sure how people are jumping to the conclusion that I intentionally was "late" and trying to be overbooked. I do Amazon Flex Every single day and have been for months now. My station is normally 10-15 minutes behind and almost always has too few drivers, so no one here is trying to pull any sort of fast one or whatever you guys are on about. I guess it's whatever. Free pay today and in the future I'll make sure I arrive at the station early to prevent something like this from happening again.
