Apartment rules

I think it's ridiculous that they're sending me rules about not drying off clothes in my balcony when they let the field workers come live here. They put up there clothes to dry too. ( Makes apartment look bad ) I get it. But that flew out the window when they let (field workers) immigrants live here!
