If there were an Australian-themed restaurant overseas, what would they serve?

If you asked someone to name a few Australian foods, they would probably say Vegemite, Tim Tams, fairy bread, honey joys, or another snack, but not necessarily something you'd eat at a restaurant. If there was an Australian restaurant in say Columbia, what would be on the menu?
