Boating on pontoons?

How common is it for Europeans to go boating on a lake for the weekend? In the Midwest/Southern US it’s pretty common for Americans to spend a whole day in the summer getting drunk and partying on pontoon boats. If so do you ever listen to Country music when chilling? I’m sorry if pontoon is not the proper terminology, I’m just interested in boating habits in Europe in general. Thanks y’all.
