Men, can we cry in front of our wife/gf?

Me personally, I’ve done it. But I heard that women lost attraction or view you as less of a man because of it. In my personal experience I haven’t felt that or I’m not noticing it yet lol. But what are your thoughts on this? Should we? Should we hold on and thug it out alone? Am I cooked if I already did?🤣
