Hypothetically, how would Spiderman stop a plane crash? Could he?

Spiderman, although strong, is not like Superman or somebody who can simply fly and carry the plane down to safety. Or even I could also imagine Iron Man being able to stop a plane as well, with his gadgets and what not.

But could Spiderman stop a plane crash at all? How would he even do it?
