Should I get this as a first car?

I’ve been looking for a e46 zhp for a while now and stumbled across this on Facebook marketplace, perfect color, perfect interior, it looks like it can be everything I’ve dreamed of and I managed to haggle him down to 3200. I just need someone to either fuel this nightmare of mine or to tell me off since I’m new to the car scene, I would do mostly all of the work myself and would learn how to do basically everything for the first time on it
