Issue with PETG HF printing the beginning only, the rest of the print turns out fine? (P1s)

Hi all, I just got some PETG HF to use for an outdoor hydroponic tower I'm gonna make. But as you can see the bottom of this print is messed up a little. However, the rest of the print above it is perfect.

Any way I can fix this? Thanks :)
