need recommendations for a good vet

My friend wants to move to bhubaneswar and wanted to know if there are any good vets in the city. I looked up pet clinics on google maps and the most reviewed ones tarzoo and another clinic which i can't remember have horrible reviews of the vet killing the pets due to negligence, etc. A lot of the reviews said that pet care in the city is not upto the mark. Is this true?

Are there any good vets in the city? Fees is not an issue but my friend wants to make sure in case of a medical emergency with his cat he would be able to get the best medical care.
