Support:Can’t access AxeOS

I’m trying to set up my BitAxe Gamma 601 and I’m having a hard time figuring out why I can’t access the AxeOS once I change over to my network.

During initial setup I can access it via browser when connected to the BitAxe and enter the IP address shown. I then changed my network information to my 2.4G network and password, BTC address, and saved. When I restart the BitAxe, it connects to my network. I can see it on my router and have even verified on the public-pool that it’s connected and active.

However when I try to access the AxeOS via browser (same network), I get an error saying it can’t be reached. I’ve tried accessing via multiple devices, but no luck. All devices are on the same network and have internet access.

Any ideas?

UPDATE:

With the support of SoloSatoshi I was able to figure it out. They asked if I was using Apple products, which I was (four different devices). I tried accessing via a non-Apple computer and was able to connect to the network (2.4G guest), but unable to get an active internet connection. This was strange as I was able to access internet on the other apple devices on the same network.

So I restarted the process using my regular 2.4G network (non-guest) and now everything is working.

For whatever reason my ISP guest network was causing a problem with accessing the IP address, even though the miner was online and working.
