PSA: Northtown Subaru
My wife purchased a 2024 Crosstrek from Northtown, outright. From the very beginning the service from sales to service (oil change, tires etc.) has been a pain in the ass. Promised no charge rain guards, free installation( both offered not asked for) “forgotten “ about. Service appointments cancelled on day of with an hour notice. “Customer service “ managers not available to discuss resolution. I Have worked in CS industry for a majority of my life( no longer, TG) ,and so being aware of how to approach employees calmly and willing to compromise. The staff here is just flippant and aloof when dealing with potential and or current customers.
TLDR: Apathetic customer service, and a lack of accountability makes this dealership a headache and a not worth your business. YMMV.
Thank you to all the commentators, I feel justified in my frustration. Wouldn’t it be a shame if this thread ended up in their Google reviews? Seems like West Herr has a better reputation, based on the comments. I will be looking into service from them. TYVM.
