Welp someone cracked my shield, price estimate?

Anyone know what out of pocket for this would cost if I took it to a small business, windshield replacement shop vs insurance, car is paid off have comprehensive, police report filed very unfortunate just got it a year ago pretty much have taken good care of it, thanks all
