My experience with fighting this for 15 years
I see a lot of people on here struggle with fighting candida; which is also known as candida related complex which is semi-official medical term used by professionals.
What is the source of the syndrome:
Basically you probably partied at one time right? Like lots of drinking, maybe some marijuana, other drugs, and maybe lots of caffeine in your life? Maybe highly processed food diet where you don't make anything from scratch? Maybe a low iron and low protein diet?
Women, a popular source is the pill. This can basically acts as antibiotic in body and promotes candida.
Other people are a source of this syndrome. Have you made out with others? Have you smoked marijuana with others? You can pick up parasites, infections, etc. from others saliva.
High antibiotic use is overall top co-factor. The animals have it in their fat, it is in the milk, it is widely used when sick. This will destroy good bacteria over time.
Gluten is top co-factor. They add folate enrichment to the wheat and spray it with atrizine and its genetically modified...wheat is almost like a bioweapon against population how bad it is.
How marijuana is a top cause: If you smoke marijuana or use marijuana, it is probably a top reason you are here. The reason candida exists is because when you smoke you get dry mouth and this allows candida to thrive. The hydrocarbons from the marijuana benefit the yeast. The best way to eliminate this as a causitive factor is to get into oil pulling and oral health and make sure your mouth is clean throughout the day. Stopping marijuana while you get better is probably best bet entirely.
Time shouldn't be wasted:
How quickly are you getting better? Do you feel like yourself again after weeks, not months? Well if you are wasting time getting better, you are not doing this correctly.
Failed methods and failed professionals:
So you have your supplements and diet down right? When do you expect to be better? If its not within weeks then you have a failed protocol or hired a professional that will milk you for money.
In my experience, naturopath's only work so well. They don't often do any testing. They are not doing a trifecta of important tests and tailoring your supplements based on the test results. You have specific mineral imbalances and don't have a mineral rebalancing protocol. I've spent $30k on a naturopath for 10 years and he milked me and I got worse, not better. I learned a lot from him and the basics of what he promotes are good, but he didn't have a good anti-candida protocol that defeated this for good.
What does defeat this for good?:
There is a way to get better over 3-12 months and it requires taking an invasive species herb and a specific biofilm buster tea...and combined with a few other specific gut building supplements, your body will be clear of yeast before you know it. Every single day you will wake up feeling the yeast lift. If you slip back, you can drink more tea or take more of the herb and its gone again.
Does not require use of probiotics or antifungal oils and major anti-candida diet. Real gentle and soothing.
But it does require working with a professional nutrionist that has experience with mold. You'll get HTMA testing, bio-resonance testing, and blood testing and will show you what you are ill with specifically and what deficiencies you have exactly.
I found my nutrionist by interviewing a few other nutrionists first. I found one that specializes in candida/mold. The other nutrionists won't work with you unless they know how to defeat candida.
Diets that will defeat this:
You need to do something similar to the mark wahlberg diet or some of these bodybuilder diets...high fat, high protein, nearly no carb...lots of veggies and fruits and nuts. Do you eat 2-3 servings of meat per day? Do you eat a serving of berries every day? What about a vegetable smoothie and eggs for breakfast? Chicken legs and drumsticks for lunch with salad and sweet potato?
The diet is conveyor belt for getting past this is lifelong habit that you need to get into.
How exercise defeats yeast:
If you get into gym, body building, and weighlifting...this will go long ways towards defeating yeast. This will oxygenate body and yeast cannot life in oxygen rich environment.
