Bring back Wild Wing Cafe

It has been too long since WWC closed and there is no substitute in town. I can't drive to Chesapeake just for a chicken sandwich. The company has franchise opportunities available now including Charlottesville. Is it worth the franchise fee just so I can have a weekly lunch? Anyone want to run the place if I open it with my (any day now) lottery money?
