Let’s be honest: The new Town Hall update is cool and all, but can we talk about how unplayable Clan Capital weekends are now?
I love Clash of Clans, and I’ll admit, the new Town Hall 17 update is pretty awesome. The Inferno Artillery, upgraded troops, all the new toys to play with—it’s great! BUT… there’s one thing that hasn’t changed, and it’s driving me nuts:
Clan Capital weekends are STILL a nightmare.
Look, I know Supercell poured a lot of effort into the Clan Capital when it launched, but let’s call it what it is: a painful, repetitive grind that nobody really enjoys anymore. And now with all the buzz around Town Hall 17, it feels like Clan Capital has been left in the dust.
Here are my main frustrations:
- Same old raid mechanics: After months of Clan Capital weekends, attacking the same defenses with the same strategies just feels stale. Where’s the variety?
- Zero innovation: The Capital has so much potential, but it’s just... boring now. Why not add new districts, fresh defenses, or ANYTHING to shake things up?
AND TO FINISH...
Crazy is that with all the updates Supercell rolls out for Town Hall play, the Clan Capital feels like a forgotten project. It’s frustrating because this could’ve been such a fun, community-driven part of the game. Instead, it feels like a chore you have to slog through every weekend to keep up.
Am I the only one who feels this way? Do you guys still enjoy Clan Capital, or is it just something you do out of obligation? What would make it better? New districts? Different raid formats? Bigger rewards?
