SBI Cashback Card Rejected
I am not sure I understand SBI's rejection response. Waited for almost a month and filled all the details as they asked along with e-sign. My CIBIL score is 795 and I have never defaulted on any payment. I already have Apay ICICI Card and IDFC Wealth card. Could this be due to I closed Ola SBI credit card which I have previously owned, somewhere early this year? Or because I selected ECS with my SBI account, and I maintain near zero balance in that account? I dropped a mail to SBI customer support, though I have very less hope of anything happening. Also, clicked on apply for new card through IVR.. not sure if it was a smart move or dumb. Anyone knows what their rejection response mean? And what options do I have?
