Help Identifying

Hi I'm a new dog owner and I've recently adopted a new doxie puppy. Long story, short (wow) I've been having trouble identifying if my new pup is a mini or a standard doxie.

Been in contact with the breeder and she said that the father is a mini while the mother is a standard. To her knowledge, the father (although a mini) is a tad bigger than the mother (a standard).

Which is why I've come to you reddit, with your mysterious ways to finally put an end to my dilemma (hopefully).

His name's Frankie, he's about 6-7" from his collar to his tailbone, and about 5" tall up to his shoulders. He weighs 950g, and was exactly 2 mos. old since he got weighed (by the vet).
