Ordering a custom displate *help needed!

i already know that i need a club membership and that is not a problem. The problem is that when I want to purchase a club membership i need to also order a displate, something i dont want to do.

The question:

Could an artist, or someone with the club membership help me out? It would be greatly appreciated.
