Wanted to make a pokemon inspired magic item for my group
I know the Iron Flask exists, but I feel that's a bit too powerful for my needs. Instead, I tried to make a downgraded version of it that more fall in line with what I had in mind. Does this look like it could be appropriate for a level 10 party, and as a rare item in general?
