Help Identifying a Donghua

Hello, I'm trying to find a donghua that I watched a year or two ago. I only saw episode 1, so I don’t remember the plot clearly, but I can describe a scene from it.

Some kids were playing at the beginning, and then a sage appeared. One of the boys approached the sage, but I’m not sure if they had a conversation. Later that night, the sage was fighting an evil guy. I think they were talking about a lotus or something similar, but I’m not certain. One of the boys witnessed the fight. I believe the sage died, and afterward, the boy woke up and tried to wake up another boy. They ran towards the village, but everything was on fire, and they were shocked by their home, maybe.

That’s all I can recall. Can anyone help me identify this donghua?
