Sunsfan's news about Winter Majors

According to Sunsfan (he has multiple different sources apparently). Each region's top 4 will have online tournament with 100k prize pool. Tournament will be held on 2 weekends sometime in Feb (3 regions on one weekend and 3 on other, timezones overlapping). Top 2 will get DPC points. Teams apparently have been emailed with details so they are aware.

Also apparently there will be after TI qualifiers wildcard lan for for 2nd and 3rd finishes (so 12 teams) and top 2 qualify to TI. So 20 teams making it to TI instead of 18. This was all discussed by him and Synderen on their podcast just now.
