DLS 24 shooting is awful (A short story)

My experience, in 14 parts:

1. It's been a week or two, since I last touched DLS. Stopped playing after some terribly scripted matches.

2. "Maybe it will be different this time", I tell myself. I log on and play.

3. Match with a Turkish player.

4. Within seconds of the match starting, I discover that this Turkish guy's players are much, much faster and stronger than mine.

5. Wow, what a shock. TOTALLY didn't see that coming.

6. I struggle, but somehow keep it 0-0 for most of the match.

7. 90 minutes approaches. I make a series of incredibly difficult passes, to escape his incredibly (and suspiciously!) tight press.

8. I make the final pass, and I'm now 1-on-1 with the goalie.

9. My mind flashes back to previous games, where my player somehow missed an easy winning goal, at the 90th minute.

10. Having this in mind, I line up the shot, and aim as closely as I can, to the middle of the goal.

11. Better to have my shot saved, than to miss, right?

12. The ball flies into the back of the net, and I win the match in the final seconds. Score!

13. Haha... yeah RIGHT. This is DLS 24 we're talking about.

14. The ball goes flying wide.He spams multiple emojis, as the final whistle blows. Game over.

You guys may remember this post, where I exposed why shooting is so bad in DLS 24.

They refuse to fix it. This is not a bug, it's an intentional feature of the game.
