What to improve (my mid field is very bad)

My midfield feels like it doesn't even contribute players are so out of position and guti's crossing isn't tht good beckham is fine but he doesn't contribute much except freekicks. (Van basten is tradable and I have lw mbappe thunderstuck so shld I sell van basten and get better players) pls help me.
