Which AI Meeting summarizer tool you would use?

Hi all,

I want to develop my own meeting summary generator tool without integrating with zoom and all to avoid complexities and therefore I have two options:

1. Create a desktop app that user installs on their pc and use system audio and transcribe meetings in Realtime. Can also be used to do in person meeting transcription..
2. Create Web app and tell user to open web app on phone and put phone near speakers so the web app can do live transcription of meeting..

which one would you use? Would you prefer downloading a desktop app or just use solution 2 a web app?
