Failure to sync between EFT and Arena [Bug]

Like the title says, I’m unable to get EFT and Arena to sync up together. My PMC in EFT is level 19 and arena is level 6. I’ve cleared my cache. Checked integrity of files. Played one game of EFT, then one game of arena, then back to EFT and nothing seems to work. I also can’t send cash and GP coins to EDT from arena.
