[bug] Can't complete Easy money part 1

So i came back to tarkov after a year and found this new quest.

Skier gave me the posters, i entered custom with one, planted it on scav base (Aka fortress), extracted and the quest remains the same as if i didnt do shit.

Do i have to plant all three on the same raid or is it a bug?
