Question for experiencers

Happy Friday everyone, depending on where you are located :)

I had a quick question for anyone who is an experiencer here. Was there a point in time that you came to eventually realize that you may have done something in a way that sort of like "invited" the beings to come into contact with you?

Or is it all pre-arangef by family line? Or are there exceptions to that? Im fairly new to really digging deeper into this area of topic and am very curious.
