What is the value of LISA for retirement?

I’m a junior NHS doctor with a DB pension. Retirement age is linked to state pension age which is currently 67 but likely nearer 70 for me.

I currently save (a small amount) into a S&S ISA but should I think about saving into a LISA for the 25% bonus alongside my S&S ISA. I believe LISA can be accessed at 60.

I don’t want to work full time at 70 but depending on my health/wealth/career trajectory it would be nice to do some working in my 60s and 70s such as recurs clinical work or some lecturing.
