Is anyone else feeling this way?

Has anyone else been disappointed lately on what comes in the fame passes. I've only had like 3 or 4 skins over all the fame passes that I've liked so far and now they made it in the new one with the show bucks being more spread out. They've increased how much xp is needed to level up and I'm just kind of tired of it, why aren't they doing collars in the passes?
