Weight loss routine/diet plan
Hello everyone!
I am starting to hit the gym again and I could use some pointers. My plan as of now is to workout 6 days a week, running at HIIT every other day, and weight training the opposite.
My main goal is weight loss, but also long term fitness. I'm having issues as to what kind of weight training I should be doing, what kind of exercises, or machines.. what have you. I could really use some pointers!
Also, I am living in dorm-type situation with a mini-fridge and microwave. I'd like to try to manage living on about 40$ every two weeks for food. If anyone has any meal plan/diet advice for my situation, please share!
Edit: This shit is chinese to me, I'm just going to run and do some light stretching squat/push-up/lunge type stuff on my days off.
