Got fake nakpro

Hey everyone.

I recently ordered nakpro impact whey coffee flavour and received it 2 days ago. But today when I tried to verify the scratch code, it is saying that my product might not be genuine.

I have already mailed nakpro asking for a refund, but idk if they will respond or not.

This is the first time when I've actually seen this scratch code identifying my whey as fake ༎ຶ⁠‿⁠༎ຶ
