Anyone who’s had experience with brain fog: what foods/other triggers did you find to be the source of your symptoms?

I’ve been on the elimination diet for a month and still have brain fog despite eliminating all the “common foods that cause reactions,” which means I have to look at everything else in the “base” diet and it’s a lot. So I thought I would ask here to see others’ experiences of what might be causing it that I haven’t explored yet.
