What might be driving my foot angle imbalance?
I recorded myself running two miles. Watching the video, nearly all of my strides have this asymmetry where my right foot is rotated outwards whereas left foot is more centered.
Unsurprisingly, it seems like this leads to some pain and discomfort on the inside of my right foot.
Any ideas what might be causing this and potential corrective measures (other than proprioception and being mindful of keeping it centered when moving)?
