My alienware m15 is lagging after bios update

As the title said, my alienware m15 (ryzen 7, nvidia 3060) started to lag (in games) out of nowhere after I've done a bios update. Geforce experience is so laggy as well.

I'm not saying it's a high graphics game, it's lagging in football manager as well (only on fullscreen, fine on windowed). And that is only after the bios update.

I installed every nvidia update, all drivers update and windows update as well. Tried to uninstall geforce experience. Nothing worked.

Any ideas?
