Would Blair fare well at British fancy universities?

Recently I’ve gone down a rabbithole of watching posh British university videos such as Oxford, Cambridge, and University of Edinburgh. Apparently a lot of rich preppy types go there and I wonder if she decided to go there instead of NYU/Columbia if she’d fit in
