Going GF help?

Anyone on here NOT have any obvious sensitivity/reactions to gluten, then cut it out from diet & notice improvement with how they feel overall? Or you removed it and had no change. I’m wondering if it’s worth it or not, because it is quite a lifestyle change if you’re to do it properly… debating trying it out, in which case I’m wondering how long I’d need to eat GF to notice any supposed improvements ?

Wondering similar about dairy, but I hear about this anti gluten movement much more
