Bumps on lips pleasee help 🙏🏽

Okay so I recently started getting these bumps on my lips but i haven’t started any new products or kissed anyone lately. I really don’t think it’s a cold sore but i’m getting paranoid that it is. I really just need some ideas as to what it could be/ how to treat it because it’s really messing with my confidence and starting to become more visible. Also i believe i’ve had a bump on my lip before but never this many, and not this visible. Can somebody pleaseeee just give me some ideas or if you’ve had anything like this. And i’ve exfoliated and iced my lips but they just keep coming back almost immediately.
