Staking Rewards 0.0%

Anyone know what's going on with staking rewards? They've been at 0% for 2 days. Individual nodes show 0.075% reward rate, however the main section displays 0.0% and no rewards have been issued or collected over the last 2 days.

Was there a technical network implementation that affected rewards?

Next staking period also shows to be a year from now...
