Question about the Höllenbringer

Learned about this faction and i would like to learn more about it, but it seems like theres almost nothing talking about them except some youtube videos, do they have anything like a discord, and are they even a thing? I tought that maybe they were part of the chaosdivers but i asked this same question there and they said they were another faction with kind of different goals.
